Return Policy

Customers need to return products in original packaging!

To be eligible for a product refund, the customer will need to fill out the Return Authorization Form  within the 14-day time period of the purchase date.

To facilitate the refund, product MUST be returned to our mailing address within 14 days of filling out the Return Authorization Form:

As soon as we receive the product, the refund will be processed. If you purchased the product through our Online Store, it was processed through Square.  It will take 5-10 business days to see the money back in your account from Square.

Once we receive the item, you will be reimbursed; minus the ‘Processing Fee’ from Square (Square processing fees are non-refundable through Square Policy) and your Shipping Charge. An additional processing fee of $15.00 is charged on all orders under $250.00 or a 5% processing fee of orders over $250.00. 

Any item that has been removed from its original packaging and/or used in any form is not covered by our 14-day money back guarantee policy. However, the customer can receive partial purchase price depending on what has been used/ done to the item and/or if there are missing pieces to the item being returned.
