Indoor Boundries
As pet owners, we understand the challenges of monitoring your pet's movements constantly. Are there specific areas or furniture in your home you'd prefer to keep pet-free? Our indoor hidden fence, unobtrusive and efficiently designed, ensures your pets stay within designated zones without the need for visible gates.
Our systems are versatile, creating boundaries both inside and outside as needed, all while being discreet and utilizing top-notch FM radio technology for pet safety. For those who already use a DogWatch® outdoor system, our indoor invisible pet fence systems are fully compatible, using the same collar, offering a cost-effective and comprehensive pet containment solution. This unified approach not only saves costs but also enhances your experience with both indoor and outdoor DogWatch® systems.
MB-1 Indoor/Outdoor Mobile Boundary
The MB-1 Mobile Boundary offers an innovative solution for creating pet-free zones both indoors and outdoors. Its waterproof design and rechargeable battery make it highly adaptable to various environments. This wireless system is easy to set up, creating a barrier with an 8-foot radius from its central point. Ideal for safeguarding small areas like kitchen counters, trash bins, or outdoor gardens, the MB-1 is an excellent choice for indoor pet fence portable containment. It's also compatible with all DogWatch FM receivers, ensuring seamless integration with existing DogWatch® systems.
Indoor Boundary systems function similarly to outdoor Hidden Fence systems. A radio signal emitted by the system is detected by the receiver collar worn by your pet. Initially, the signal field is marked with flags to help your pet identify the area. As your pet approaches the signal field, the receiver collar emits an audible or vibration warning beep. If your pet goes beyond the warning zone, a mild 'correction' is quickly administered through the receiver collar. This correction provides an unpleasant, yet safe, sensation. With proper training, your pet will learn to avoid these areas associated with the warning.
The status light on the transmitter lets you know if the transmitter is turned on.
On the IB-100, the status light also lets you know the status of the transmitter battery. If the light is red, the battery needs to be charged. See Owner’s Guide for additional information.
Note: The green light may be steady green or blinking green. This depends on the frequency setting of the transmitter.
(the distance the signal radiates from the transmitter or the boundary wire) to make the “off-limits” avoidance zone area larger or smaller
Located on the rear of the transmitter is a signal range knob. Here's how to adjust it:
Battery life is influenced by your choice of rate and range settings. The rate-setting determines the frequency of signal transmission (fast, medium, or slow), while the range setting determines the distance the signal covers from the transmitter. For more details, refer to the Owner's Guide.
When set at maximum range, the life of the battery charge is approximately:
Decreasing the range setting will increase the average battery life between charges.
